A multilayer lithium-ion secondary battery is characterized in that a battery element layered body has a configuration in which a positive electrode and a negative electrode are layered with a separator interposed therebetween, a positive terminal is drawn from the positive electrode and a negative terminal is drawn from the negative electrode, the battery element layered body is covered with a porous plastic film except the respective drawing portions of the positive terminal and the negative terminal, and the battery element layered body covered with the porous plastic film is sealed by a film-like sheathing member.
