The device (1) has a membrane (4) arranged at a housing (3), and a signal transmitter (5) i.e. permanent magnet, in effective connection with the membrane. A signal receiver (6) i.e. hall sensor, cooperates magnetically with the signal transmitter. An outside magnetic field shield is arranged at the housing such that the magnetic cooperation of the signal receiver and the signal transmitter is uninfluenced by outside magnetic fields. The membrane and/or the signal transmitter is resettable by an elastic element (9) i.e. leaf spring. The shield is made of a soft-magnetic material such as Mu-metal(RTM: nickel-iron alloy), iron, iron silicon, carbonyl iron and ferrite.
