The seat i.e. front seat (14) has a ventilation device (16) integrated in a head support (20) and/or in a backrest (24) of the seat. The ventilation device has an air exhaust opening located at a rear side of the head support and/or the backrest. An air stream (26) produced by blowers (18, 22) of the ventilation device is applied into a region behind the seat over the air exhaust opening. The ventilation device has a heating element for heating the air stream. The heating element is designed as a resistor heating element with a heating mesh (28). The mesh is arranged in the opening.
