PURPOSE: A method for forming a transparent electrode of a display device is provided to spread CNT(Carbon Nano Tube) on a plastic substrate to form a CNT, thereby manufacturing a transparent electrode through a simple process of a low cost. CONSTITUTION: A mask which has an opened part corresponds to a transparent electrode pattern is located on a plastic substrate(100). A surface of the plastic substrate is partly hydrophilic treated(110). A CNT is spread to the plastic substrate(120). Powder which is not deposited to the plastic substrate is removed(130). |
