PURPOSE: An environment-friendly vehicle is provided to obtain electricity by rotating a generator turbine at a high speed through a water cannon. CONSTITUTION: An air compressor(5) rotates a turbine of a generator. The air compressor stops when electricity is generated by the rotation of the turbine of the generator. A water pump motor(2) generates a water cannon using the water of a water tank. A generator(1) is rotated by the water cannon. An air conditioner and a heater motor are arranged adjacently to the generator. The speed of the vehicle is controlled by a gear transmission or switch.
