<p>A card connector is equipped with multiple contact terminals 5 installed in a main housing 2, and an open-and-closable lid-tray 8 that covers the main housing from above and into which a card is removably fitted. The main housing 2 has a pair of first and second sidewall frames 2A, 2B being provided at one end with a slit 21 of a predetermined length. The lid-tray 8 has a pair of first and second lid frames 8A, 8B being provided with pivots at the end thereof that are inserted into and rotatably pivoted in the slits 21 of the first and second sidewall frames 2A, 2B. The lid-tray 8 is further provided with a push-up spring 13 for lifting the lid tray 8 up by a particular angle when the card is inserted or removed. Selected Drawing:</p> |
