摘要 <p>Device comprises: a device for delivering the input frequency spectrum of an untreated aqueous solution; a processing section (2) with a number of treatment steps exhibiting treatment chamber for the untreated aqueous solution; and a signal generating device (3) coupled with the device for delivering input frequency spectrum of the untreated aqueous solution. The signal generation device is selected depending upon the input frequency spectrum for generating electrical signals and transmission of signals to the treatment steps. Device comprises: a device for delivering the input frequency spectrum of an untreated aqueous solution; a processing section (2) with a number of treatment steps exhibiting treatment chamber for the untreated aqueous solution; and a signal generating device (3) coupled with the device for delivering input frequency spectrum of the untreated aqueous solution. The signal generation device is selected depending upon the input frequency spectrum for generating electrical signals and transmission of signals to the treatment steps. The treatment steps for transmitting information are provided by means of electromagnetic waves on the aqueous solution, so that the water clusters of the aqueous solution is broken or restructured by forced exchange of ions and rearrangement of hydrogen bridge bond. The treated aqueous solution exhibits output frequency spectrum different from the input frequency spectrum. An independent claim is also included for a procedure for continuous biophysical information transfer and storage under the use of the device, comprising (a) deterring the input frequency spectrum of the untreated aqueous solution by means of the measuring unit or providing the input frequency spectrum of the aqueous solution using the external data storage unit, (b) analyzing the input frequency spectrum using the analyzing unit, generating electrical signals and transmission of the signals to the appropriate treatment steps, depending on the result of the analysis, and (d) information transmission by means of electromagnetic waves from the treatment steps to the aqueous solution and thus conversion of the water cluster of the aqueous solution to obtain output frequency spectrum different from the input frequency spectrum.</p>
