<p>PURPOSE: An inner cable for a push-pull control cable and a manufacturing method thereof is provided to maintain elasticity of a cable without thermal processing and to improve reliability of a steering system and durability of the push-pull control cable. CONSTITUTION: An inner cable for a push-pull control cable comprises: a core wire(41) which is a bundle of twisted wires in a fixed length; a synthetic resins coating(43) which covers a certain part of the core wire; and a spiral coiled wire(42) which coils around the outer surface of the core wire whereon the synthetic resins coating does not cover.</p> |
