PURPOSE: An air conditioner is provided to improve the exterior of the air conditioner by covering the front and side surface using a front panel. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioner comprises a chassis(11), a heat exchanger, a center frame(13), a front panel(12), a strength reinforcing plate. A fan assembly is installed in the front of the chassis. The heat exchanger is formed in the front of the fan assembly. The center frame is coupled to the front of the chassis. A filter is installed in the front surface of the center frame. The front panel is rotatably coupled to the center frame to cover the front and side surfaces of the center frame. The strength reinforcing plate is attached on the rear surface of the front panel, and reinforces the strength of the front panel. |
