PURPOSE: A drainpipe socket joint method is provided to guarantee water-tightness by press-fitting a drainpipe into a drainpipe socket and compressing packing between the socket and the drainpipe. CONSTITUTION: A drainpipe socket joint method comprises the following steps. A drainpipe socket(10) is formed by cutting drainpipes(1,1a) at regular lengths. After a packing groove is formed inside the drainpipe socket, packing(30) is inserted into a packing groove. After the drainpipe is positioned on both sides of the drainpipe socket, tow brackets(20,20a) are coupled with the outside of the drainpipe. Two tow lines are connected to the tow bracket. The drainpipe is press-fit into the inside of the drainpipe socket by pulling the tow line using a bidirectional winch. If the drainpipe is coupled with the drainpipe socket, the tow bracket and the bidirectional winch are removed.
