PURPOSE: A childbirth guidance system is provided, which induces smooth delivery of a child and reduces delivery time while childbirth without pain. CONSTITUTION: A childbirth guidance system comprises: an electrode portion(110) which measures intrauterine pressure of the woman delivered of a child and applies an electronic stimulus to the lower muscle of the pelvic; and a controller(120) which controls in order to electrically stimulate the lower muscle of the pelvic by applying current to the electrode portion in case the intrauterine pressure of the woman delivered of a child measured from the electrode portion is fixed reference pressure or greater. The electrode portion includes an adhering member(111), an intrauterine pressure sensor(112), an electrode terminal(113), and an electric current supply unit.
