Disclosed is a high heat resistant anisotropic electroconductive film that, when electrodes are connected to each other through the anisotropic electroconductive film, can meet a requirement for further fine pitching of electrodes to thereby make the electrodes having a minimum pitch of not more than 150 µm while suppressing a deterioration in repairability.  An anisotropic electroconductive film (2) comprises electroconductive particles (6) dispersed in an electrode connecting adhesive (30).  The adhesive (30) is composed mainly of an epoxy resin which is an insulating heat curable resin.  The adhesive (30) further comprises a phenoxy resin having a molecular weight of not less than 30,000, a latent curing agent, a polyvinyl butyral resin having a glass transition temperature of 100°C or above, and a polyvinyl butyral resin having a glass transition temperature of 90°C or below.
