<p>Disclosed is a rotating electric machine (1) comprising a stator (10) having three-phase coils (3U, 3V and 3W) arranged on a stator core (2), and a rotor (6) arranged rotatably on the inner circumference side of the stator (10). In the three-phase coils (3U, 3V and 3W), at a one end side-coil end portion (30A), two coil conductors (4) of the same phase are arranged closer to a radially outer circumference side (R2) than an inner-circumference end face (221) of the stator core (2), and at an other end side-coil end portion (30B), the two coil conductors (4) of the same phase are arranged closer to a radially inner circumference side (R1) than the inner-circumference end face (221) of the stator core (2). A rotary position detector (7) for detecting the rotational position of the rotor (6) is arranged on one axially end side of the stator core (2).</p> |
