<p>Disclosed is a method for measuring an analyte in a sample, which comprises the following steps (a) and (b): (a) mixing together a sample containing the analyte, a complex comprising multiple molecules of a substance capable of binding specifically to the analyte, and fine particles each comprising an insoluble carrier and the analyte or an analogue of the analyte bound to the carrier; and (b) measuring the coagulation reaction of the fine particles in the mixed solution prepared in the step (a). In the method, for example, an antibody is used in the form of a complex comprising multiple molecules rather than the form of a single molecule. Therefore, the sensitivity of the measurement is increased and the measurement at a low concentration becomes possible.</p> |
