The pull-out guide (15) has a guide rail (7) fixed at a baking oven (1), and a middle rail (8) and a sliding rail (9) movably supported at the guide rail over roller bodies, where the roller bodies are guided at continuous sliding surfaces of the rails. A set of recesses are provided adjacent to the sliding surfaces at one of the rails, and a set of bars are provided at the rails between the recesses, where the rails are made of steel plates. The recesses are closed with heat-proof foils, and the surface of the recesses amounts to 10 percentage of the entire surface of the rails.
