PURPOSE: A method for moving secret data between mobile terminals based on MTM is provided to perform a maintenance independent of a platform manufacturer by moving all keys regardless of the attribute of the key in a migration execution process. CONSTITUTION: An original terminal performs a user authentication process using MTM(Mobile Trusted Module) and USIM card(S220). The original terminal generates a previous encryption key and a firs MTM random number(S230). The original terminal encrypts the secret data and the first MTM random number(S240). A destination terminal performs the user authentication process(S280). The destination terminal generates the previous decoding key(S290). The destination terminal decodes the encrypted secret data and the first MTM random number(S300). The destination terminal transmits the decoded value of the first MTM random number to the original terminal(S310). The destination terminal confirms the previous state of the secret data(S320-S360). The destination terminal stores the decoded secret data(S370).
