CELLULOSE RESIN COMPOSITION AND CELLULOSE RESIN FILM

Disclosed is a cellulose resin composition which has no problem of bleeding in spite of a fact that the composition contains a relatively large amount of a plasticizer.  Also disclosed is a cellulose resin film. The cellulose resin composition is produced by adding a polyester plasticizer (A) to a cellulose resin, wherein the polyester plasticizer (A) is produced by the reaction between a polybasic acid component and a polyhydric alcohol, and wherein succinic acid and adipic acid make up 80 mol% or more of the polybasic acid component.  The cellulose resin film is produced from the cellulose resin composition.
