MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FABRIC COMPRISING FLAME RETARDANT FIBER AND LOW MELTING FIBER

PURPOSE: Flame resistance yarns and a textile manufacturing method including low melting yarns are provided to manufacture the textiles having good elasticity without degradation of intensity and yarn releasing property by improving stiffness of the textiles. CONSTITUTION: A textile manufacturing method including flame resistance yarns and low melting yarns includes the following steps: preparing mixed yarns and general yarns including the flame resistance yarns and the low melting yarns(S100,S200); manufacturing the textiles with a double face weaving method by using the general yarns as a first layer and the mixed yarns as a second layer(S300); and welding the low melting yarns by heat-treating the textiles(S400). The first layer is a surface yarn layer. The second layer is a backing yarn layer.
