PURPOSE: A gas producing apparatus using organic waste is provided to decompose the crushed organic waste into gas including methane gas, carbon dioxide and bad smell gas using an anaerobic fermentation, and to supply the methane gas to a combustion unit. CONSTITUTION: A gas producing apparatus using organic waste comprises the following: a crushing unit(130) crushing the organic waste discharged from a pre-processing unit(100); a storage storing the crushed organic waste; an oxidation tank(220) oxidizing the organic waste transferred by an oxidation tank pump(210); a digestion tank(310) dividing the organic waste into gas and manure fluid by an anaerobic fermentation; and a fluid stabilizing tank(410) separating the fluid into the gas and liquid fertilizer. A inorganic material discharging unit(700) is installed on a pit of the bottom of the oxidation tank. A mixing unit(230) is connected to the lower inner wall of the oxidation tank corresponding to the pit. |
