PURPOSE: Pork which is sold by pieces, is provided to reduce food waste which is thrown away, and to increase economical efficiency by inexpensively offering good quality pork after cutting the pork to a thickness of 1 cm. CONSTITUTION: Pork is sliced with a thickness of 1 cm. The cut pork is roasted and sold promptly on the spot. When the pork is sold, green onion salad and sauce are offered for a consumer. The pork is sold by 1000 won unit. By selling the pork by pieces, the customer can ease the cost burden to buy a large amount of the pork. |
