PURPOSE: A solar cell module is provided to reduce the production cost of a solar cell and improve the transmittance of a solar ray by replacing filler between the solar cell, a glass and a insulation unit with a vacuum. CONSTITUTION: A glass(100) protects a solar cell(200) from an external impact. The solar cell is located on the upper side of the glass and includes a plurality of cell units. The cell units convert light energy into electric energy. A plurality of ribbons(300p, 300q) is conductive. The ribbons are connected to the lower side or the upper side of the solar cell. A vacuum is generated in a space between the glass and an insulation unit(400) using a vacuum suction process. The insulation unit is closely adhered to the glass, the solar cell and the ribbons.
