PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for application of multi OS(Operating Systems) in multi modem mobile communication terminal are provided to apply an OS virtualization technology to manage a multi OS, thereby avoiding a software development complexity due to a single OS implementation. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of modems supports connection with different wireless networks. A Mux/Demux(Multiplexer/Demultiplexer) module(121) receives data of wireless networks which the modem supports. The Mux/Demux module searches an OS corresponding to the modem one-to-one basis. The Mux/Demux module provides the data of the modem to searched OS. An OS switching module switches data stored in input data queues to the OS.
