ULTRASONIC SCRIBER CUTTING GLASS USING CONSTANT-CURRENT CIRCUIT

PURPOSE: An ultrasonic scriber for cutting a glass using a constant current circuit is provided to prevent an irregular scribing from generating while cutting the glass, and to improve the productivity. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic scriber for cutting a glass comprises the following: a low pass filter(2) rectifying a scriber driving signal; a power amplification unit(3) to drive the scriber; a constant current circuit(12) constantly maintaining the electricity; a volume(6) controlling the output of the constant current circuit; a voltage variable power supply(9) controlled by the signal from the constant current circuit; a driving logic unit(7) to drive the power amplification unit; a voltage controlling oscillator(4) occurring an ultrasonic signal; and a microcomputer unit(5) to control the signal of the voltage controlling oscillator.
