A heat conducting sheet is made of a composition, wherein the composition contains plate-like boron nitride particles (A) having an average grain size of more than 10 µm and 60 µm or less, and an organic polymer compound (B) having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 50°C or less. The content of the plate-like boron nitride particles (A) in the composition is in the range of 45-75% by volume, and the particles are oriented in the long-axis direction relative to the thickness direction of the sheet. Thus an electrically insulating heat conducting sheet is provided to which characteristics such as flexibility are added while a high level of heat conductivity is maintained.
