PURPOSE: A bipodal peptide binder is provided to ensure high affinity to a target and to used in in vivo molecule imaging, in vitro cell imaging, and targeting for drug delivery. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing bipodal peptide binder which binds to a target comprises: a step of a step of preparing interstrand non-covalent bond type parallel, antiparallel, or structure stabilizing region containing the same and bipodal peptide binder library containing a target binding region I and II; a step of contacting the target and library; and a step of selecting the bipodal peptide binder bound to the target. The structure stabilizing region is beta-hairpin.
