PURPOSE: An index chuck for processing a piston head is provided to guarantee minute processing by preventing the defect of the outer diameter of a piston head and the defect of squareness. CONSTITUTION: An index chuck for processing a piston head comprises an index body, a support unit(10), a rotating unit(20), a first and a second power unit, a pressurization unit(40), and an elevating unit. The support unit has a support which supports the piston(1). The rotating unit rotates the support unit at 180 degree. The first power part supplies power to the rotating unit. The second power supplies the power to the elevating unit. The elevating unit raises the pressurization unit. The pressurization unit has a protrusion and a pressing plate.
