PURPOSE: A disk brake for a vehicle is provided to simplify assembling processes by modified assembling structures between a carrier and a boot and to prevent noise which is created while off road driving by modified shapes of a guide rod and a bush. CONSTITUTION: A disk brake for a vehicle comprises: a caliper housing(10) wherein a piston(14) reciprocates by brake fluid pressure and wherein an oil hole(11) is delivered and a bore hole(12) are formed at the back; a carrier(20) wherein a pair of pad plates(21) are installed at fixed interval; and a disk(40) whose outer circumference is inserted between the pad plates and rotates with a wheel. Brake fluid pressure is flown through the oil hole. A cylinder(13) which the piston is built in is inserted into the bore hole.
