PURPOSE: A ductility multi-core cable and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to execute a grounding function by forming at least one bare conductor module unit in one-side of a conductor. CONSTITUTION: A ductility multi-core cable comprises a conductor(140) and a conductive material layer. The conductor is arranged between an upper film(110) and a lower film(120). At least one bare conductor module unit(130,130') is arranged in one-side of the conductor. The conductive material layer conducts the bare conductor module units of the conductor each other. A reinforcement film(160) is attached to the bottom surface of both ends of the lower film in order to reinforce the intensity of the lower film. A protection film(170) protects the conductive material layer.
