PURPOSE: A fluid pressure controller is provided to ascend and descend pressure in a vacuum space and a compression space at the same time, and to use the fluid pressure controller to a multipurpose valve. CONSTITUTION: A fluid pressure controller(822) comprises a compression valve(700), a through hole(710), and a cutoff valve. A fluid inlet and a fluid outlet are formed in the compression valve to be connected to external members. The compression valve, in which two grooves are formed, is inserted into the through hole. The fluid inlet and the fluid outlet are penetrated through the grooves. The cutoff valve blocks high-pressure.
