A cooling water channel (32) circulates engine cooling water to the engine and the exhaust gas heat recovery device, and a bypass channel (35) bypasses the exhaust gas heat recovery device and circulates the engine cooling water. Switching valves (16, 17) switch a circulation path to one of the exhaust gas heat recovery device and the bypass channel.
