PURPOSE: A permanent-waving liquid spreading tool is provided, which enables to evenly spread permanent-waving liquid or neutralizing agent of gel-phase on the hair. CONSTITUTION: A permanent-waving liquid spreading tool comprises: a main body(20) discharging the permanent-waving liquid; and a top cap(10) which is combined with the top of the main body and is connected to the liquid container. In the lower part of the main body, a comb is equipped in order to evenly brush the hair. On the top of the main body, a joint(21) in which the top cap(12) is combined is formed. In the joint, a plurality of inlet ports(22) are formed. The lower part of the top cap is combined with a joint of the main body. |
