PURPOSE: A method for supplying user personalized channel information is provided to automatically compose a reference channel group with channels which are highly selected based on age and sex of a user. CONSTITUTION: A digital broadcasting receiver receives age and sex information of a user and a password for logging on to set up viewing limits, and to simply improve convenience for searching channels(S204,S206). The digital broadcasting receiver sets up a viewing level of a user according to the inputted age about the channel(S208). The digital broadcasting receiver composes recommendation channel information based on the age and sex of a user(S210). The digital broadcast receiver supplies the recommendation channel information. |
