ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DIODE AND METHOD FOR FABRICATING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce an energy barrier by forming an electro transfer layer, a hole transfer layer and a light emitting layer with an identical material. CONSTITUTION: An anode electrode(210) and a cathode electrode(270) are formed on the upper side of a substrate. A first hole transfer layer(220), in which a p-type dopant is doped, and a second hole transfer layer(230) are formed. A light emitting layer(240) is formed on the second hole transfer layer. A first electron transfer layer(250) and a second electron transfer layer(260), in which an n-type dopant is doped, are formed on the light emitting layer. The structure of the light emitting layer is a quantum well structure.
