PURPOSE: A method for preparing a composition for colonic irrigation is provided to minimize side effects and to prevent remaining in intestinal wall. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a composition for colonic irrigation comprises: a step of mixing monosodium phosphate(NaH_2PO_4) and disodium phosphate(Na_2HPO_4) in a weight ratio of 32.0g : 68.0g to make 100g of mixed powder; a step of preparing 10.0g of soluble binder material, 0.5-2.0g of stearate-based edible lubricant and mixing together for more than 30 minutes; a step of making the mixture in a pill form; a step of mixing Shellac and PG in a ratio of 95.0g : 5.0g to prepare base resin; a step of dissolving the base resin in ethanol to make coating agent; and a step of coating and drying.
