PURPOSE: A method and a device for guiding an underwater-moving object are provided to verify the abnormality of the underwater-moving object by preventing the loss of the underwater-moving object. CONSTITUTION: A control unit(70) controls a target unit which generates guide signal. A first hydrophone is spaced apart from the target unit. A trace signal from the first hydrophone is input to a first hydrophone input unit(62). A second hydrophone is spaced apart from the target unit. The trace signal from the second hydrophone is input to a second hydrophone input unit(64). A location calculation unit(66) calculates based on the trace signal. A main control unit(68) controls the driving of a device for guiding the underwater-moving object.
