PURPOSE: A sub frame holder apparatus of a vehicle is provided to prevent inaccurate installation and separation due to error in task and to improve quality and performance by modifying a structure of a stopper which is mounted on a sub frame, not to lost or move. CONSTITUTION: A sub frame holder apparatus of a vehicle(20) comprises: a sub frame(50) which supports and fixes a suspension part; a body bush(40) which is made of rubber and installed inside of the sub frame; a stopper(30) which is installed on the top of the sub frame and on the top of the body bush; and a holding part(35) which is extruded from the lower of the stopper and caught at the inner circumference of a hole which is formed inside the sub frame.
