LUMINOUS ELEMENT TEST HANDLER

PURPOSE: A luminous element test handler is provided to improve the test reliability with respect to the luminous element by correcting a target luminous element to be tested. CONSTITUTION: A feed unit(2) supplies a target luminous element. A test unit(6) includes a support unit and a test unit. A sorting unit(7) divides the tested luminous element based on the result of the test. A transfer unit(3) includes a picker and a main body. The picker transfers the target luminous element to a socket. A plurality of the pickers is installed in the main body. A first driving unit transfers the support unit. A second driving unit transfers the main body. A correction unit corrects the state of the luminous element.
