PURPOSE: A heat flux measure system for a steel manufacture process is provided to measure a cooling property of the upper side and lower side of a rear plate together by installing sensors on the upper side and the lower side of the rear plate. CONSTITUTION: A heat flux measure system(100) for a steel manufacture process comprises: a main body(110) which has a first insertion hole and a second insertion hole; a heater(120) which is installed in the main body and uniformly heats the main body; and a temperature sensor(130) which senses a temperature of the main body.
