The present invention provides an elevating apparatus for a pumping exercise for the ankle, wherein the leg of an exerciser can be easily lifted by separate elevating means during a pumping exercise performed in the vertical direction by putting the ankle of the exercise on a pumping roll, and a single forward/reverse motor is employed to reduce manufacturing costs. The present invention also minimizes noise, vibrations, and abrasions generated when gears engage with or separate from each other. Further, the present invention has advantages in that a single forward/reverse motor and a clutch bearing are employed as a driving source to significantly reduce manufacturing costs, and a buffering member is employed to minimize noise, vibrations, and abrasions generated when a first spur gear with partially formed gear teeth engages with or separates from a second spur gear, thus maximizing the durability of the apparatus. |
