The arrangement has a tie rod that supports a hinge housing (11) at a wheel side, where the hinge housing is made of plastic such as fiber-reinforced plastic. Inserting parts made of steel are provided in the hinge housing. The hinge housing retains a ball hinge. A ball head and/or a ball shaft of the ball hinge are rotatably and/or adjustably arranged within the hinge housing. The hinge housing has a head section (12), a shank section (13) and a neck section (14). A drilling (16) i.e. tapped hole, is provided in the shank section.
