<p>The device has a support (10) arranged at a firm body part and connected with a tiltable component i.e. front flap. The support includes a handle (21) for operating the support. The support is indirectly or directly tiltable at the component and pivoted at the body part. A joint (16) i.e. knee joint, is provided between hinge points (18, 28) for bending. The support is prestressed into a stretched position by a spring (26) i.e. tension spring. The joint is transversely aligned to a longitudinal axis of the support.</p>
