PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of synthetic fiber as a substitute for cotton cloth is provided to reduce manufacturing costs of products without damages to fabric, and to improve properties of the cotton cloth by lowering elongation of fiber while improving texture of fiber with a resin finishing agent. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of synthetic fiber as a substitute for cotton cloth comprises the following steps: forming fabric by using polyester yarns(S110); dyeing the fabric with dye(S120); releasing braids of the fabric after dehydrating fabric(S130); dropping elongation of fabric after impregnating the fabric in liquid in which a flame retardant and a resin finishing agent are mixed(S140); and adding texture of the cotton cloth on the fabric(S150). |
