PURPOSE: A lens capsule expansion loop is provided, which prevents movement of the crystalline lens epithelial cell and separates the front and posterior capsular opacification. CONSTITUTION: A lens capsule expansion loop comprises: an expansion loop(110) which is installed so that tension actuate in the lens capsule; and a plurality of contact units(150) which are integrally formed in the expansion loop and decide location by pressing a part of the artificial intraocular lens. In one side of the expansion loop, a tool insertion groove(115) is integrally formed. The contact unit comes into contact with a crystalline lens epithelial cell. The contact unit includes: a first contact part(151) which comes into contact with the crystalline lens epithelial cell; and a second contact part which comes into contact with the artificial intraocular lens.
