The invention relates to herbicidal oil dispersions that are characterized by containing a) desmedipham and/or phenmedipham, ethofumesates and lenacil, b) one or more surfactants, c) one or more compounds from the group of the completely esterified phosphonates as the solvents, which compounds are possibly polar yet at the same time water-insoluble or soluble up to 5 g/l in water, d) optionally further organic solvents, e) optionally further conventional formulation adjuvants, f) optionally water. The herbicidal oil dispersions are stable formulations and are suitable for controlling parasitic plants, especially for the selective control in beet crops.
