<p>The invention discloses a method, system and user device for obtaining key frame in streaming media service. The method includes: a threshold time for receiving the key frame is set; video data is received by a client from a streaming media server, and the video data is analyzed; when the network state is normal, if the video key frame is not received by the client in the threshold time, the request of adjusting the video key frame generating frequency is transmitted to the streaming media server; when receiving the request, the streaming media server performs a judgment; and the video key frame generating frequency is adjusted according to the request of the client. The application of the invention can improve the quality of the streaming media service, and advance the experience level of the streaming media service.</p> |
