PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an insulated paper vessel is provided to uniformly form a foaming layer by coating and foaming thermoplastic resin and to make a printed state clear. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an insulated paper vessel is as follows. One surface of a paper is coated with a thermoplastic resin with a low-melting point and is dried(501). The other surface of the paper is coated with a thermoplastic resin with a high-melting point(503). A body member is manufactured by cutting and molding the paper(504,505). A bottom member is manufactured by cutting and molding the paper(506,507). A paper vessel is manufactured by inserting the body member and the bottom member into a molding device(L3). |
