PURPOSE: A vapor collecting device is provided to enable an absorbent to prevent oversaturated gasoline vapor from being emitted into the air without detaching the absorbent. CONSTITUTION: A vapor collecting device comprises a first pump(19), a gas-liquid separating chamber(21), a collecting pipe(15), a second pump(49), and a controller. The first pump is installed in the collecting pipe. The gas-liquid separating chamber is connected to a first absorption tower(33) or a second absorption tower(34). The collecting pipe is connected to the gas-liquid separating chamber. The second pump is installed in a circulating pipe(48) connected to the second absorption tower. The controller coverts an absorption process into a separating process.
