PURPOSE: A hydraulic control valve is provided to rapidly move a push rod to an original position by forming a control passage, which is selectively opened and closed, in a ball seat. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic control valve(1) comprises a case(10), push rods(100), oil passages(130), ball seats(300), steel balls(330), and piston springs(220). The case has a pair of cylinders(12). The push rods are accepted in the cylinders. The oil passages divide the cylinders into upper chambers and lower chambers. The ball seats are fixed to the bottom of a piston by the push rods. The steel balls are inserted between the ball seats and the pistons. The piston springs are formed in the bottom of the pistons and are selectively pressurized by the pistons.
