PURPOSE: A method and a system for checking device connecting with a potable terminal are provided to perform a proper operation of a connecting device by distinguishing a kind of the connecting device connected to an interface of portable device correctly. CONSTITUTION: A connector unit(140) transfers charging power or data to a controller(160) according to kind of a connected interface unit. A OVP(Over Voltage Prevention) circuit(180) prevents the overvoltage provided to the controller. An access device transfers charged power or data to the controller after it is connected to a connector portion.
