Non-dusty powder pigment composition, essentially free of binding agent, comprises at least a radiant pearl pigment (at least 60 wt.%), nonionic monomer crosslinking agent and/or nonionic polysiloxane based crosslinking agent (1-15 wt.%), and solvent or its mixtures (1-39 wt.%), where the sum of all the components constitutes to 100 wt.%. An independent claim is included for the preparation of non-dusty powder pigment composition.
